Following our exceptionally popular Joseph Perrier Champagne tasting evening hosted by Hennings Wines, we are delighted to announce that we will be collaborating with them again on Friday 13th September to bring you an exceptional champagne tasting supper devised by our wonderfully talented chefs.

Each course will be exquisitely paired with a Joseph Perrier Champagne, although anyone wishing to book a place without the Champagne flight will certainly not be disappointed!

As an extra special treat, we will be joined by Martin Gammon of Joseph Perrier to talk us through the Champagnes! Martin is a Master of Wine who has worked in the wine trade for over 30 years in various roles and has led Joseph Perrier’s operations in the UK and Ireland for the last 12 years and is a great Champagne enthusiast.

Martin will talk us through the different styles of Champagnes that we will be tasting alongside each course, explaining the complexities of flavours and of course, this fascinating region!

Places at this limited event will be £45 for the meal and £65 including the Champagne flight, do book early as we are sure this one will sell out fast!
