We’ve decided to give Mums a little extra treat this Mother’s Day, in the form of some great fun with family and friends and their favourite tipple…GIN! We’ll be hosting a couple of great events – an afternoon tea with gin and a very gin-tastic tasting evening, as well as (of course) a traditional Mother’s Day Sunday Roast.
Gin-tastic Tasting Evening
The perfect way to kick off the Mother’s Day weekend or spend some quality time with mum, family and/or friends. In collaboration with Hennings, this is a really fun way to spend time with friends and family and learn a bit more about some of the best boutique gins of the moment.
Start with a gin cocktail – the Chilgrove Fizz – using Chilgrove Original Gin, followed by four tasting gins – Pinkster, Silent Pool, Warner Edwards Rhubarb and Brighton. Try each one neat, identify the flavours, then try again with our recommended selection of garnishes and mixers until you find your favourite combination! Spaces are limited, so book early.

Join us for the last two weekends of the Guinness Six Nations – 9/10th and 16thMarch (final 3 games). All games live in our fabulously atmospheric Grain Store. Local beers and Guinness on tap, of course! Grain Store bar will be open 30 minutes before the first game of the day.
